BioJak ("we", "us", or "our") operates (1) a WhatsApp Business messaging service and (2) the BioJak Mobile application available on Google Play and the App Store. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, WhatsApp display name (if provided), and the content of your messages. This information is necessary to respond to inquiries about our products.
The mobile app does not require an account and does not collect personal identifiers tied to you. All app data is stored locally on your device only:
You can erase all of this local data at any time from the app's Profile screen ("Erase all my data" button), or by uninstalling the app. We have no access to this local data.
When you interact with the JAK assistant, we send your message to our server for processing with the Anthropic Claude API. We do NOT permanently store the content of your messages on our servers; we do log the timestamp and IP for anti-abuse protection (rate limiting). If you report a message as inappropriate, that specific message is stored for human review (up to 90 days).
We also collect aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics: app crash logs and performance data, used solely to improve app stability.
We do NOT use your information for advertising and do NOT sell it to third parties. We do not use any form of cross-app or cross-website tracking.
We use the following services, each with its own privacy policy:
WhatsApp: conversations are kept in temporary memory for the active session (~30 min without response ends the session).
App: local data (protocols, JAK chats) is kept on your device until you erase it via the "Erase all my data" button in Profile or uninstall the app. We do not have access to this data.
JAK reports: reported messages are stored up to 90 days for human review, then deleted or anonymized.
Diagnostics: aggregated crash and performance data retained for up to 12 months.

The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you discover that a minor has provided us with information, please contact us to remove it.
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or upon next opening the app.

BioJak ("nosotros") opera (1) un servicio de mensajería en WhatsApp Business y (2) la aplicación móvil BioJak Mobile disponible en Google Play y App Store. Esta política explica qué información recopilamos, cómo la usamos y tus derechos sobre ella.
Cuando nos escribís por WhatsApp, recibimos tu número de teléfono, nombre de WhatsApp (si lo proporcionaste) y el contenido de tus mensajes. Esta información es necesaria para responder consultas sobre nuestros productos.
La aplicación móvil no requiere cuenta y no recopila identificadores personales asociados a vos. Todos los datos del app se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo:
Podés borrar todos estos datos locales en cualquier momento desde la pantalla Perfil del app (botón "Borrar todos mis datos"), o desinstalando el app. Nosotros no tenemos acceso a esos datos locales.
Cuando interactuás con el asistente JAK, enviamos tu mensaje a nuestro servidor para procesarlo con la API de Anthropic Claude. NO almacenamos permanentemente el contenido de tus mensajes en nuestros servidores; sí registramos el momento y la IP para protección anti-abuso (rate limiting). Si reportás un mensaje como inapropiado, ese mensaje específico queda almacenado para revisión humana (hasta 90 días).
También recopilamos diagnósticos agregados y no identificables: logs de fallos y datos de rendimiento, usados únicamente para mejorar la estabilidad de la app.
NO usamos tu información para publicidad ni la vendemos a terceros. No usamos ninguna forma de tracking cross-app o cross-website.
Usamos los siguientes servicios, cada uno con su propia política de privacidad:
WhatsApp: las conversaciones se mantienen en memoria temporal por el tiempo de la sesión activa (~30 min sin respuesta termina la sesión).
App: los datos locales (protocolos, mensajes con JAK) se mantienen en tu dispositivo hasta que los borres con el botón "Borrar todos mis datos" en Perfil o desinstales el app. No tenemos acceso a esos datos.
Reportes a JAK: los mensajes reportados quedan almacenados hasta 90 días para revisión humana, luego se eliminan o anonimizan.
Diagnósticos: datos agregados de fallos y rendimiento se retienen hasta 12 meses.

El app está dirigida a personas mayores de 18 años. No recopilamos información de menores conscientemente. Si descubrís que un menor nos proporcionó información, contactanos para eliminarla.
Podemos actualizar esta política. Te notificaremos sobre cambios significativos vía WhatsApp o en la próxima apertura del app.
